Oak Lawn Workshop Garage Plans
This building has three wide parking bays
and another 12'x24' space that you can use as a workshop, hobby
shop, home office or studio, or just for extra storage space. You can
build this design with the looks of a graceful coach house, with materials that
match your home. Or, build it to look like a barn on your country
property. Details for both styles are included in the free plan set.
Construction of this building uses standard 2x6
studs and 2x8 roof rafters.

You can build your
workshop garage with shop space and three
parking bays. Or, you
can build an additional side storage or workshop space instead
of one parking bay.
There's a full staircase to the storage loft, or you
can install inexpensive, space-saving pull-down
stairs. There's an optional loft door and lift-post
to help you store bulky items upstairs. You can match your home's siding
and roof materials or use vertical board siding and
optional barn-style details that are included.
All of the options and add-ons help you
customize your building now or any time in the future.
