One-Car Garage Plans
The Oakville series of free garage and workshop
plans
starts with this sturdy, 16' wide, one bay garage with pull-down stairs to a high
and dry storage loft. You can build yours at 22', 24' or 26' deep. Leave plenty
of room on either side. The free blueprints include drawings for 12' wide expansion sheds
for more storage space or garage bays or for your hobby shop.
Construction of this building uses standard 2x6
studs and 2x8 roof rafters.

16' wide by 24', 26' or 28' deep one-car garage. You can build your
garage with one or two additional parking bays right away
or expand it in the future.

and roof materials. All of the options and add-ons
help you to customize your building now or any time in the future.
